As a honey lover, I enjoy it every day in my black tea with lemon, and I particularly appreciate raw, solid honey, which retains many of its natural qualities.
This self-initiated packaging illustration project combines my love of wildlife drawing with my background in graphic design and art direction. The label features one of my honey bee illustrations, developed for a fictional apiary inspired by the real honey produced by a beekeeper named Stuart.
I’m interested in exploring how wildlife illustration can work beyond books and prints, bringing nature into packaging, branding, interpretation and other forms of applied design.
